CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?

Yes, you can. You may reach us by calling or leaving us a message through any of the details provided under the Contact Us tab.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE MY APPOINTMENT AND I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

Please call your physician’s office as soon as you realize you will not be able to keep your appointment. We prefer all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to give another patient the opportunity to be seen.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT OR CAN I JUST WALK IN?

Walk-ins are allowed however, we prefer that you set an appointment with us at least one day before the desired appointment date.

CAN I GET MY PRESCRIPTIONS OVER THE PHONE?

For conditions that do not require seeing our doctor physically (teleconsultation), yes you may.
However, we prescribe medications for the duration of time required before reassessment. If your prescription is running out then this is a reminder to come in to reassess how you are doing, and what, if any, changes we need to make. We are sometimes able to decrease or even stop medications, and are happy to discuss this with you when we see you.
